At Dalbia, we are committed to delivering your premium accessories with the same level of care and precision that goes into crafting them. We partner with reliable global logistics networks to ensure your order reaches you safely.
1. Order Processing Time
Every Dalbia case undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Origins
Our corporate headquarters is located in Hong Kong. To optimize global delivery efficiency, your order will be dispatched from our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers located in either Hong Kong or Shenzhen, depending on inventory allocation and your destination country.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We proudly ship worldwide. Once dispatched, standard global shipping typically takes 7 to 10 days to arrive.
Please note: While we strive for absolute punctuality, occasional delays of a few days may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, international customs processing, or peak holiday volumes.
4. Tracking & Last-Mile Delivery

Local Hand-off: For the final leg of the journey (the "last-mile delivery"), your package will be handed over to your local postal service or premium domestic courier (e.g., USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, Canada Post in Canada).

No Updates? It is perfectly normal for tracking to pause for a few days while the package clears your country's customs. However, if your tracking status has not updated for an extended period, please contact us immediately at support@dalbia.com. Our team will personally investigate the routing for you.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and Singapore: Great news! To provide a seamless luxury experience, all orders shipped to the US, Canada, Europe, Singapore and the UK are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means Dalbia completely covers all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price—you will never encounter any surprise charges upon delivery.

For the Rest of the World: For all other international destinations, orders are shipped "Delivery Duties Unpaid" (DDU). This means that any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office. Dalbia has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for specific information.
