At Dalbia, we stand behind the mastercrafted quality of our Wood & Aramid Fiber collections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Strict Conditions for Returns (Please Read Carefully) To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, free from any scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear.

Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original, undamaged Dalbia packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and protective films.

Note on Natural Materials: Because we use authentic, hand-selected woods (such as Rosewood, Walnut, and Blackwood), every case features a 100% unique grain pattern and slight color variations. These natural variations are the hallmark of real wood and are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns initiated solely due to personal preference regarding natural wood grain will be treated as standard returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective item, or the wrong model was shipped), Dalbia will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse / Wrong Model Ordered: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, didn't like the color, or accidentally ordered the wrong iPhone size, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item to our designated warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. The Return Process (How to Initiate) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

Email our team at support@dalbia.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds & Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
